We offer the following services:

LIVE IN CARE

As the name suggests ‘live-in care’ involves a carer living in your home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are there to support and assist in your daily routine. For many people, the personal, bespoke and dedicated support offered by live-in care enables them to continue living safely at home. It also means that  family and friends have the peace of mind that you are being well cared for in your own home. Live-in carers help with personal care such as getting dressed, bathing, medication, helping with any continence needs -all carried out with dignity and discretion.

Live in care promotes independence and allows individuals to remain in control of their lifestyle. We adopt a person-centred, collaborative approach which allows you to receive as much, or as little support as you want/ require. As well as helping with all personal care, they also help with domestic tasks such as cooking, shopping and cleaning. Additionally, many older people suffer from loneliness and social isolation, having a carer around  offers companionship and social stimulation which has proven physical and mental health benefits.

Domiciliary Care

Home visits from Axis Care help you to enjoy an independent and fulfilled life, living well at home, your way.  We provide a range of domiciliary care services that are tailored to suit your needs – from helping with household tasks or companionship, to assisting with personal care and specialist care. Whatever support you need, home visits from one of our experienced team will give you and your loved ones peace of mind, knowing that you are being supported well at home. Axis Care will work with you to provide tailored, personalised home visits based on what you want and need, all at the time when you need us to be there. Our Care Providers will visit when you want them to, so you choose when you get up, eat meals, go out, or go to bed.

Supported Living

Supported living (or supportive living) is a service that helps people with a range of support needs retain their independence whilst still having that extra physical and emotional support needed to lead completely fulfilled lives in Supported Living Accommodation. We support adults across the UK living with one or a combination of conditions, which may include learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health needs. We offer both core and 1:1 support, all of which is designed around the individual needs and wishes of each person by our dedicated and specialist teams.

Complex Care

We specialize in the delivery of complex care in your own home and have very qualified professionals including doctor and nurses as part of the team who ensure that our services are the best . Our complex care packages are created with you, and family members or advocates where appropriate, and are tailored to meet your individual clinical, personal and social care needs. We can also support you during your rehabilitation period and provide a package of care to support your on-going needs allowing you to live as independently as possible.
